Spicy Basil Beef Bowl

Ground beef and pork sautéed with garlic, shallots, fresh ginger, bell peppers and lemon grass. Topped with roasted cashews, fresh basil and pickled red onions. Served over a roasted beet, sweet potato and carrot hash.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Transfer the beef, veggies, and hash to a microwave-safe dish. Add a splash of water or broth to prevent drying, cover loosely. Heat on medium power for 2–3 mins, stirring halfway through. Continue in 30-second intervals until fully warmed.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the beef and veggie hash in a single layer. Air fry for 4–5 mins, stirring halfway through. If needed, add an extra minute for crispness. Add the pickled onions and basil after heating.

Stovetop

Heat skillet over medium with a splash of water or oil. Add beef, veggies, and hash; stir occasionally. Cover 5–7 min until hot, uncover briefly to sear. Add the pickled onions and basil after heating.
