Diced Atlantic salmon tossed in a pickled ginger spice aioli. Served over a bed of mixed greens, wakame salad, brown rice, edamame, mangoes, pickled shallots and watermelon radish.

Best consumed within 1-2 days. After 2 days salmon will oxidize and change color.

How to Prepare

Chilled (for Best Flavor)

Keep chilled until ready to eat. You may gently toss to coat the greens, rice, and vegetables with the aioli and wakame, or enjoy as layered. Consume within 1–2 days—after 2 days, salmon may oxidize and change color.
