Salmon & Spinach Quinoa Bowl

Herb marinated salmon over local tomatoes, baby spinach, zesty quinoa, roasted summer squash, and parsnips with a blackberry vinaigrette on the side.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Without the vinaigrette, place the meal in a microwave‑safe dish. Cover loosely and heat on medium power for 1–2 minutes.

Stovetop (for Best Flavor)

Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil or water. Sauté the quinoa and vegetables for 2–3 minutes, then add the salmon and cover until heated through.

Air Fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and place the salmon, squash, and parsnips inside for 3–4 minutes. Heat the quinoa separately in the microwave or skillet, then add spinach, tomatoes, and vinaigrette before serving.
