Plant Based Sweet & Sour Orange Tofu

Thinly sliced high protein tofu, oven fried with bell peppers and sliced broccolis. Tossed in an orange sweet chili glaze. Served over jasmine rice.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Place tofu, veggies, and rice in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water or broth. Cover loosely and heat on medium for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway. Continue in 30-second bursts until hot, then let rest for a minute.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange tofu and veggies in a single layer. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, flipping halfway. Add a minute if needed for extra crisp. Reheat rice separately to prevent drying.

Stovetop

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium, add a splash of water or oil. Add the tofu, veggies, and rice, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for 5–7 mins until heated through. Uncover in the last minute to crisp the tofu.
