How to Prepare

Microwave

Place meal in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel to keep moisture in. Heat on medium for 2–3 mins, stir, then continue in 30-second bursts until hot. Let it sit for a minute before serving.

Air Fryer (for Best Flavor)

Place the salmon in the air fryer at 325°F for 4–6 minutes to gently re-crisp the pecan crust. Reheat the apples and beets separately in the microwave or stovetop.

Stovetop

Warm the salmon and sides in a covered skillet over low heat for 5–7 minutes. Add a splash of water or broth to prevent drying. This keeps the salmon moist and gently warms the fruit and veggies without compromising flavor. Best for flavor:
