How to Prepare

Oven

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C), arrange meatballs, mashed potatoes, and green beans in a dish with a splash of broth or water, cover with foil, and bake 20–25 minutes until warmed through; uncover last 5 minutes to crisp if desired.

Microwave

Place meatballs, mashed potatoes, and green beans in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with broth or water, cover with a damp paper towel or lid, and heat on medium in 30-second intervals until warm—avoid overheating.

Stovetop

Reheat meatballs w/ a splash of broth on low heat covered and stirred for 8–10 mins; warm mashed potatoes w/ almond milk or butter, stirring often; heat green beans w/ broth over medium-low for 5–7 minutes, then finish with butter or oil.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Heat meatballs in a foil-covered dish or basket for 6–8 min, flipping once. Warm mashed potatoes and green beans separately in the microwave or stovetop. Plate and enjoy!
