Lemon Harissa Chicken

Oven roasted chicken breast, baby potatoes, yellow onions, chopped pistachios, green olives tossed with raw honey and harissa paste. Finished with fresh mint, basil, Italian parsley and dairy free Greek yogurt on the side.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely, and add a splash of water or broth. Heat on medium (50% power) for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway. Continue in 30-second bursts until hot.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange chicken and veggies in a single layer. Heat for 3–4 minutes, flip, then cook 2–3 more until warmed through. Add yogurt after heating.

Stovetop

Heat a skillet over medium. Add a splash of water or broth, then the chicken, potatoes, and veggies. Cover and stir occasionally for 5–7 mins until warmed through. Add the Greek yogurt after heating to preserve its cool, creamy texture.
