Oven roasted brussel sprouts sautéed in a spicy Kung Pao sauce served over jasmine rice and blanched roasted cashews. Finished with sweet and sour red bell peppers.

How to Prepare

Freezes Well

Transfer from freezer to fridge and thaw for several hours or overnight. For quicker thawing, leave sealed at room temp for up to 1 hour. Reheat as desired—stovetop gives best texture.

Stovetop (for Best Flavor)

Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauce and sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. For best texture, this method is recommended.

Microwave

Transfer to a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely, and heat for 1–2 minutes. Jasmine rice may require a few extra seconds. Stir midway through to ensure even heating.
