How to Prepare

Microwave

Cover the dish loosely with a damp paper towel to help retain moisture. Heat on medium power for 1½ to 2 minutes, checking halfway to prevent overcooking. The cucumber kimchi and ginger sauce will warm along with the meatballs.

Air Fryer (for Best Flavor)

Air fry gyoza meatballs at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 mins, flipping halfway. Leave space between each. For best texture, warm kimchi and sauce separately—but if mixed, expect mellow crunch and deeper flavor.

Stovetop

Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a small splash of oil. Add the meatballs and slaw mixture to the pan and cover loosely. Heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking up the slaw.
