How to Prepare

Freezes Well

To thaw the Dry Rub BBQ Pork Tenderloin, transfer the sealed container from the freezer to the refrigerator and let it thaw overnight—this ensures safe, even defrosting.

Microwave

Reheat pork, potatoes, carrots, and green beans in a microwave-safe dish, loosely covered, on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, stirring halfway. If needed, heat in 30-second intervals until hot.

Stovetop

Add a splash of oil or broth to a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add pork, roasted potatoes, carrots and green beans. Cover, reduce heat, and stir or flip occasionally. Heat 8–10 mins or until warmed through.

Oven (for Best Flavor)

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Place pork, roasted potatoes, carrots and green beans in an oven-safe dish, cover loosely with foil, and heat for 15–20 mins. Uncover for the last few minutes for a crisped top.
