Chicken Shawarma

Oven roasted chicken thighs in middle eastern spices with red onions, red bell peppers, cauliflower florets and fresh oregano. Served with lemon tahini on the side.

Chicken Breast, Cauliflower, Bell Pepper Red, Yellow Onion, Lemon, Olive Oil, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Salt, Cayenne.

How to Prepare

Freezes Well

Move the sealed container to the fridge and thaw overnight to keep the veggies crisp and chicken tender. Once thawed, set aside the lemon tahini before reheating. Don’t thaw at room temp to avoid bacteria.

Microwave

Place thawed chicken and veggies on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on medium for 1–2 minutes, checking halfway. Keep lemon tahini separate and serve chilled or gently warmed.

Stovetop

Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Add the thawed chicken and veggies, stirring occasionally for 5–7 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon tahini before serving.

Air Fryer

Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken and veggies in a single layer in the basket. Reheat for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping. Serve with lemon tahini on the side.
