Chicken Fried Chicken with Cauliflower Gravy

Chicken breast pounded tender, breaded with herb almond flour, then oven baked. Served over broccoli and finished with cauliflower gravy. 

*The cauliflower gravy is already poured over the chicken. It may not be visible after freezing, but it blends back in once warmed.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Place chicken and broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on medium for 1–2 minutes. Continue in 30-second intervals until hot.

Stovetop

Heat a skillet with a bit of oil over medium. Add chicken and broccoli, cover, and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping chicken halfway.

Air Fryer (for Best Flavor)

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken and broccoli in basket, loosely cover with foil, and heat for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
