How to Prepare

Microwave

Place tofu and veggies on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on medium for 1½–2 minutes, stirring halfway. Rice noodles should be reheated separately with a splash of water for 1 minute, stirred once.

Stovetop (for Best Flavor)

Sauté tofu and veggies in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring gently. Warm noodles in a separate pan with a splash of water for 2–3 minutes, tossing until loosened.
